DESCRIPTION AND SCOPE

Transparent water-based coating for the decoration and protection of wood in internal and external environments. Suitable for decorative protection of: windows, doors, blinds, garden joinery, log cabins, fences and the like. High-quality resin in synergy with UV absorbers and wax ensures the optimal protection of wood from the effects of UV rays, moisture and other external influences. The product has no unpleasant odor.

PREPARATION AND APPLICATION

The compound should be homogenized well before use, and if necessary, it can be diluted with up to 5% of water if applied by brush or roller, or up to 10%, if applied by spraying. BK-AquaLasur is applied in 2 coats. Before applying the second coat, it is necessary to gently sand the completely dried surface of the wood to remove the raised fibers of the wood. Due to the fast drying, it is recommended to apply in strips without interruption, and spread the possible drops quickly to avoid their drying. The drying time between coats is 4-6 h in normal conditions (23°C and 50-60% r. h. ).

APPLICATION TEMPERATURE

From +5°C to +30°C. Do not work under direct sunlight, rain or strong wind, and relative humidity >80 %.

CONSUMPTION

60-80 ml/m² for single coat application, depending on the type of wood.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE

18 months in original sealed packing. Store at temperatures from +5°C to +25°C, protected from direct sunlight and frost.
