USE

Solvent-free, one-component, polyurethane coating, free of water, for indoor use. It is used for strengthening mineral substrates and improving adhesion before bonding the parquet with BK-ParketFix PU polyurethane adhesive. The permissible moisture of the substrate is allowed to be max. 3 %. The coating is suitable for all mineral substrates such as concrete surfaces, cement screed, anhydrite substrates, etc. , as well as for underfloor heating systems.

PREPARATION AND APPLICATION

The substrate to which coating is applied must be solid, clean, dry, free of oil, grease and other material. The coating must not be thinned. Apply with a paint brush or short-hair roller evenly over the substrate in a thin layer. With very absorbent substrates, repeat the priming after 2-3 h. Bond the flooring after complete drying of the coating (~12 h). See product datasheet for more detailed instructions.

APPLICATION TEMPERATURE

From +10°C to +25°C with max. air humidity of 60%.

CONSUMPTION

Approximately 0. 15-0. 30 kg/m² depending on absorbency and type of the substrate.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE

Up to 9 months in original sealed packing. Store at temperatures from +5°C to +25°C, protected from direct sunlight, moisture and frost. The date of manufacture is imprinted on the packaging.
