All products of Banja Komerc Bekament are accompanied by the certificates and attests both in our country and in the EU. Banja Komerc Bekament has recently obtained the ETA standard certification, which confirms the quality of our products, in addition to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. The environmental, economic and energy crisis indicate that the current way of exploiting resources is unsustainable and that ecology and energy represent the cause and effect of the future of humanity. Architecture has become one of the primary goals of environmental reform as it is estimated that residential buildings use 1/6 of the world’s water supplies, ¼ of forest land and 2/5 of fossil fuels. One residential building wastes 20% of energy through the roof, 20% through windows and doors, 6% through basement slab and 25-40% through the walls. As the biggest losses are through the exterior walls, the company Banja Komerc Bekament has decided to develop façade systems with the aim of reducing energy consumption. The role of the external wall as an element of the building shell is to protect the building from overheating, heat loss, atmospheric influences, and also to have good accumulating abilities to provide thermal and sound comfort in the building in order to reduce energy consumption.
