BK-Stucco Style is a self-polishing decorative putty intended for decorating interior walls. Different application techniques lead to various effects: colorfulness, imitation of stone, marble wall, etc.

BK-Stucco Style is used as a toning base according to the respective color chart.

Preparation and application :

The surface on which the decorative mortar is applied must be solid, clean and dry, without loose parts, greasy stains, etc. Suitable substrates are all mineral and organic based surfaces smoothed with ready-made acrylic BK-GletEx Acryl skim coat. Before applying BK- Stucco Style, the surface should be coated with BK-Penetrat 1:3 primer (drying time 24h). The compound is ready-made and does not need to be adjusted with water. Stir the compound well before use. The final decorative effect is achieved with appropriate Decor tools. BK-Stucco Style is applied with a stainless metal trowel most often in 2-3 layers. Drying until the application of the next coat is 12h depending on the coat thickness. The multi-layer coating technique achieves the effect of depth. The structure is obtained by processing with a metal trowel while the material is in a pasty state, but also by different techniques depending on the desired effect. BK-Stucco Style is applied over the entire surface in uninterrupted moves, preventing the material to dry out at overlapping points, as this will leave a stain after drying. If necessary, the third layer is applied very thinly and should emphasize the details and intensify the final appearance, smoothness and shine. BK-Stucco Style is resistant to wet wiping if waxed. Under normal weather conditions (T= +23-25 ºC, 50-60% r.h.), the material is dry to the touch after 2h. The drying time of the second coat is 24h. The air and substrate temperature when applying decorative coat should be in the range of +10 ºC to +30 ºC. Consumption :

200-250 ml/m2 in two coats, depending on the substrate and the application technique.

Storage and shelf life :

18 months in the original sealed package. Store at temperatures from +5 ºC to +25 ºC, protected from sunlight and frost. The manufacture date is imprinted on the packaging.
