USE

High quality, two component, polyurethane adhesive with high initial and final strength without water and solvent, for indoor use. It is suitable for bonding all types of parquet, laminate, plank flooring and exotic wood parquet (with test bonding) to absorbent and non-absorbent substrates. Due to its good adhesion and flexibility, it is suitable for laying flooring on floors with underfloor heating.

PREPARATION AND APPLICATION

The substrate to which adhesive is applied must be solid, clean, dry, free of dust, oil residues, grease and other materials and primed with BK-ParketFix Prime primer. Substrates should not contain more than 2% of moisture (preliminary measurement is recommended). Pour the entire amount of component B (contained in the bottle) into component A before use and homogenize well. Mix the components with a low speed stirrer until a homogeneous compound is obtained. Apply adhesive with serrated putty knife, type B3. Apply floor coverings to the fresh adhesive by pressing the substrate. The floor coverings should be sanded for at least 24 hours after bonding. NOTE

Note the adhesive bonding time, which is 60-75 minutes. It is not allowed to mix the components in an arbitrary ratio.

APPLICATION TEMPERATURE

From +10°C to +25°C. The bonding and drying time of the adhesive is extended at a lower temperatures and shortened at higher temperatures.

CONSUMPTION

Approximately 0. 9-1. 3 kg/m², depending on the type of flooring and substrate.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE

Up to 12 months in original sealed packing. Store at temperatures from +5°C to +25°C, protected from direct sunlight and frost. The date of manufacture is imprinted on the packaging.
