Bekament, one of the most technologically advanced companies in the production of materials for finishing works in construction, has signed a franchise agreement with the globally renowned hotel company Hilton for the construction of a hotel in Aran\u0111elovac. This project will contribute to the advancement of hospitality service quality and further strengthen the tourism potential of this city. <\/p>\n\n

The formal signing ceremony, attended by representatives of both companies, was held on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at the Administrative Building of Bekament factory complex. The agreement was signed by Michael Collini, vice president, development, Central and Eastern Europe, Hilton, and Aleksandar \u010colovi\u0107, one of the owners of Bekament. <\/p>\n\n

This act officially marks the beginning of a project through which Bekament, as the franchise holder of the prestigious hotel brand, opens a new chapter in its business development. As both investor and contractor, Bekament assumes full responsibility for the construction of the hotel that will meet the highest global standards of quality, sustainability, and functionality in every aspect. <\/p>\n\n

The investment, valued at over 40 million euros, will have multiple positive effects \u2014 from contributing to tourism development and creating new jobs, to strengthening the local economy through increased demand for the services of domestic suppliers and entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n\n
