Special support for domestic production lies in the fact that Bekament, as one of the most technologically advanced companies, has a completely rounded production process - from raw materials to the final product, which enables it to market high-quality products on the market of Serbia and the region, and the purchase of which creates realistic conditions for an increase in employment, a more stable domestic economy and an increase in the standard of living in general.<\/p>\n\n
During the fight against the pandemic, Bekament's strength was reflected in the speed and flexibility of business adaptation to specific work circumstances.<\/p>\n\n
Now the company can boast of a responsible approach that it has applied primarily in the protection of its employees in terms of providing health protective equipment and providing the opportunity to work from home.<\/p>\n\n
Although faced with a drop in turnover in this critical period, the Bekament company provided its employees with regular incomes without any reductions. Also, it preserved the jobs of all its employees, but also created the opportunity to open new ones. <\/p>\n\n
From the beginning of March until the end of the state of emergency, the Bekament team was expanded by 20 new employees.<\/p>\n\n
