One-component coating for basic protection of steel structures and metal surfaces from corrosion in interior and exterior. It is used independently or combined with BK-EmajlClassic.
Preparation and application :
The surface must be degreased, cleaned, and dry. Before use, the material should be thoroughly mixed and then diluted with BK-Classic oil thinner up to a maximum of 10% (75 ml). Apply with a brush, roller, or by spraying in 1–2 coats. Apply the next coat after 24 hours.
Application Temperature :
From +10 ºC to +30 ºC. The optimal working temperature is between 15 and 25 ºC, with relative air humidity below 80%. Application is not recommended at temperatures below 5 ºC. Do not work in direct sunlight, rain, strong wind, or when relative humidity exceeds 80%.
Consumption :
Approximately 100–125 ml/m² per coat.
Shelf life and storage :
36 months in original, unopened packaging. Store at a temperature between +5°C and +25°C, protected from direct sunlight and freezing. The production date is printed on the packaging.
