Bekament Academy as an employee education and development program in the commercial sector

BEKAMENT CONTINUOUSLY INVESTS IN EMPOWERING ITS EMPLOYEES BY ORGANIZING VARIOUS INTERNAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING SESSIONS, ENABLING THE SHARING OF PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND THE ACQUISITION OF NEW SKILLS. THIS APPROACH WILL, IN THE LONG TERM, CONTRIBUTE TO EVEN BETTER SYNERGY BETWEEN DEPARTMENTS WITHIN THE COMPANY AND TO GREATER EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION TO GIVE THEIR BEST AT WORK.

Following this practice, the first in a series of Bekament Academies for employees was held today at the factory complex in Aranđelovac—specifically for sales representatives, who had the opportunity to enhance their theoretical knowledge of the product range and to work together with Technical Support representatives on the practical application of products from the Bekatherm category within the Training Center. Bekament Academy is designed as a ten-month program for employee education and development in the Commercial Sector, with the aim of further strengthening the Bekament sales team. After the first training session, participants ended the day in a great atmosphere and with a positive team spirit, eagerly anticipating the next training.
