1. Compare your company’s performance this year with last year in terms of financial turnover expressed in percentages and product quantities for the territory of Serbia.
Observed through the quantities of strategically most important product categories, BEKAMENT will achieve almost identical results in Serbia as in 2023. The favorable growth trend achieved in the first five months of 2024 was neutralized in the second half of the year when stagnation and a market decline became evident.
2. What plans do you have regarding product quantities and financial turnover for the next year?
The 2025 budget has been adopted. Revenue growth is planned through the existing product range (≈5%), particularly in the XPS (extruded polystyrene) segment, where BEKAMENT aims to establish a significant market position in 2025.
3. What do you see as the biggest challenges in business next year, and what business strategies do you plan to implement?
If the market trend from the second half of 2024 continues into 2025, it is clear that the biggest challenge will be finding the right balance between revenue growth (market share) on one hand and profitability on the other.
