Transparent water-based coating for the decoration and protection of wood in internal and external environments. Suitable for decorative protection of: windows, doors, blinds, garden joinery, log cabins, fences and the like. High-quality resin in synergy with UV absorbers and wax ensures the optimal protection of wood from the effects of UV rays, moisture and other external influences. The product has no unpleasant odor.

Preparation and Application :

The wooden surface must be dry, clean, and sanded. Before use, mix the material thoroughly; if necessary, dilute up to 5% with water for brush or roller application, or up to 10% for spray application. Wooden elements exposed to rain and other weather conditions should be protected from mold, mildew, and parasites before the first coat by applying BK-Protecta. BK-AquaLasur should be applied in two coats. Drying time between coats is 4–6 hours under normal conditions (23°C and 50–60% relative humidity). Before applying the second coat, lightly sand the completely dry wood surface. For detailed instructions, please refer to the product's technical data sheet.

Note :

Increasing dilution results in higher transparency of the coating. Different batches of the product should be mixed together beforehand. The color of the wood affects the final coating color.

Application Temperature :

From +5°C to +30°C. Do not apply in direct sunlight, rain, strong wind, or when relative humidity exceeds 80%.

Consumption :

60–80 ml/m² for a single coat, depending on the type of wood.

Shelf Life and Storage :

18 months in original, unopened packaging. Store at a temperature between +5°C and +25°C, protected from direct sunlight and freezing. The production date is printed on the packaging.
