Fast drying paint for metal that replaces anti-corrosion coat, primer and finish paint. It contains small metal chips that give the treated surface a specific relief structure. It is ideal for painting wrought iron while giving ordinary metal the appearance of wrought iron. Simultaneously, it eliminates imperfections in the form of bumps on the metal. It can also be used for painting wood, plastic and galvanized metal (without primer).

Preparation and Application :

The metal surface to be painted does not require extensive rust removal. Only the most deteriorated, flaky layer of rust needs to be removed, and the surface should be thoroughly degreased and cleaned before applying the paint. Before use, mix the material well. No thinning is needed for brush application, while for spray gun application, dilute with BK-RX up to a maximum of 5% (37.5 ml). Apply the paint in two coats — the first as a shading layer and the second as a thicker layer to achieve a coating thickness of 120 microns, which is sufficient to stop further corrosion. The second coat must be applied no later than 7 hours after the first. The paint can be applied using a brush, roller, or spray gun (ø 2.5).

Application Temperature :

From +10 ºC to +30 ºC. The optimal working temperature is between 15 and 25 ºC, with relative air humidity below 80%. Application is not recommended at temperatures below 5 ºC. Do not apply in direct sunlight, rain, strong wind, or when relative humidity exceeds 80%.

Consumption :

Approximately 90–95 ml/m² per coat.

Shelf Life and Storage :

36 months in original, unopened packaging. Store at a temperature between +5°C and +25°C, protected from direct sunlight and freezing. The production date is printed on the packaging.
