TONE CARD

Fast drying paint for metal that replaces anti-corrosion coat, primer and finish paint. It provides good coverage, spreading and filling. It is characterized by exceptional hardness, elasticity, adhesion, shock resistance, and weather protection.

Preparation and Application :

If necessary, dilute the paint with BK-RX thinner and apply in 2 coats. The first coat should be applied as a shading layer, and the second coat should be thicker so that the dry film thickness reaches 120 microns — sufficient to stop further corrosion. BK-Metal 3in1 paint adheres excellently to old coatings and can also be used for painting wood and plastic. It can be applied directly to degreased galvanized sheets (without using a primer).

Application Temperature :

From +10 ºC to +30 ºC. The optimal working temperature is between 15 and 25 ºC, with relative humidity below 80%. Application is not recommended at temperatures below 5 ºC. Do not apply in direct sunlight, rain, strong wind, or when relative humidity exceeds 80%.

Consumption :

Approximately 100–105 ml/m² per coat.

Shelf Life and Storage :

36 months in original, unopened packaging. Store at a temperature between +5°C and +25°C, protected from direct sunlight and freezing. The production date is printed on the packaging.
